If I were Campbell Alexander I would not represent Anna. Sure it'd be good publicity and get my name out there, make me look like a good guy...But I wouldn't want to be responsible for the more issues created in the home because of it. I mean sure I would be looking out for Anna's best interest in a way by representing her to end all of the medical work being done on her for her sister's needs. But then if in deed we would win I would feel responsible for Kate's death for she would no longer have the kidney or any other organ donation she would need in order to survive. If in fact we lost the case, it would create many new issues and awkwardness in the Fitzgerald household, I wouldn't want to be responsible for any of that. Either way I feel like there's pros and cons to each decision I would make, but I think it'd be safer to not represent Anna.

If I were Alexander Campbell, I think I would represent Anna. Granted, it is like asking for trouble, but she is in dire need of help. Personally, I would not mind helping her, seeing as how no one else will. It shouldn't be up to her parents to decide what she gets done,medical wise, especially if she doesn't need it done. This should be her decision, and hers only. I would represent her to help her get her right of choice. And seeing as how she came and searched for me, came to my office bearing money, and did what she could to get me to agree, she must be serious about it, and must have a very logical, sensible reasoning for it. I would definantly represent her in court.

If I were Campbell, I would definitely represent Anna. She just basically wants someone to be on her side and I like helping people. I personally wouldn't want to go through what she does and would want someone to be there for me.

I can't imagine myself as Campbell Alexander, but I would represent Anna. Campbell's reason for representing her (at first) was only to boost his reputation, and was very selfish. I am not a selfish person and cannot imagine choosing to represent a young girl that needs my help for only to help myself. If Anna asked me for help, I'd gladly do anything I could for the right reasons... I help people because I enjoy feeling like I've givin back to the community, and because I'd be doing something good.

If I were in Campbell Alexander's shoes I would represent Anna. She is basically a donor child for her big sister and has been giving her sister body parts since the age of three and now that shes around the tender age of thirteen she is tired of it.If they were to keep taking from her nothing would be left so she needs to have that medical emancipation to speak up on when enough is enough.

If i were Campbell Alexander I would represent Anna Fitzgerald. Besides the good publicity it might actually be a case worth fighting for. Think about it...a young girl bein used for a lab rat to keep her ever dying sister alive. If thats not a case worth trying then honestly wat really are lawyers and attorney's for?! True it would cause a strain on the family but maybe that will finally give Anna the chance to be listened for once and not just heard! So again yes i wood represent Anna it wood benefit her in and me in the long run.

If I were Cambell Alexander I think I would represent her because if her sister needed something from her body and she was willing to let her get it to help her sister out then why not let her do that so her sister can be in her life insted of being dead or in the hospital for the rest of her life it ia a free country so if she wants to do that its her choice.

If I was Campbell Alexander I would represent Anna. I would represent Anna for all the right reasons though. Mr. Alexander is doing it as like a publicity booster, which I think is wrong. I would look at the task at hand. I feel that he is looking at her as like something and not someone. This is kind of how her parents look at her so he is not much better. I would help her because i found it in my heart not to boost up my publicity.

If I were Alexander Campbell I would represent Anna for her case. She does make it seem truly necessary to bring her case to the courts, by explaining that her parents don't care that this might not be what she wants. I believe that everyone should have a right to their own body which is what Anna wants. She should have a right to that and she came straight to Campbell for help. If Alexander decided not to represent Anna then she might not have been able to find anyone to do it at all. This would be a tragic outcome as Anna would continue down a path that is not hers and lose her kidney for her sister to survive against her own will.

If i was Campbell Alexander i would represent Anna. She is going through something that is very wrong in her life. Her parents are cruel for having her as a donor for her older sister. Her life is based on her sister. The only reason for Anna is to save her sisters life and thats not right.

If I were Campbell Alexander, I would represent Anna. It is Anna's right to choose whether she wants to go into surgery for the sake of her sister. If she is willing to risk her sister's life for what she believes in, then I would have to assume she has good reasons to do what she is doing.
As Anna's lawyer, I would need to be able to support her and protect her rights and what she believes in. The only reason for me to to represent her would be if I did not support what she was doing and the fact that I would represent her means that I understand what she is doing and the implications of a victory. Anna must know what she is doing and she has to believe it is the right thing to do. Otherwise she would not have come to me in the first place.

If I stood in the shoes of Campbell Alexander, then I would a fragile decision to make.
On one hand, the case seems simple. A person has the right to own body, should be an easy win, not to mention it looks good on my record.
However, if it were my choice, I would not represent Anna.
Maybe the case wouldn't work out, after all we're talking about a 13-year old girl. She could just be problems at home, she needs attention, I'm not sure. What I'm trying to say is that there are times where people have to deal with things they can't handle, and its best to let them work it out themselves.
To sum up, I feel that there is too much of a risk in this case for me to take it to trial. Besides, if I don't take the case, somebody will.

From my understanding a case like Anna's would draw alot of attention, so yes I would represent Anna. You see, if Cambell wins the case it would be all over the media and she would gain credibility as a god lawyer.
Yes, i would represent Anna. Anna's parents are violating her rights. it is just plain wrong. Not only would it be a fun case. It would give me a lot of publicity and help me get more case's, which would make me alot more money. Being a lawyer is all about your rep and your ability in the court room. Kate is just one of those unlucky people. Anna would live but with the body parts she has left. Yes, I would represent Anna in her case. She has the rights to decide to donate parts of her body. In my last blog i stated that I would feel used if I was forced to give up parts of my body. Organ donation is something that is supposed to be voluntary. Also, if I won't represent her somebody else will. I might as well take the case and take the publicity away from the other attorneys that I am competing with. In the end, taking the case just makes good sense, both morally and in a business sense.

I know that there may be much bigger problems along the way during the trial like where Anna would live.
